16GB RAM, 8core 3.1ghz, 2GB Graphics Card, 1TB HDD PC in Norristown, Pennsylvania For Sale

Ordered from Newegg and built in May xxxx. Definitely not outdated.
High powered gaming PC. Mostly played Diablo III when it first came out, but played a few Steam games and it's been capable of performing on high gaming settings for everything I've tried.
I'm also a programmer and this had zero problems handling anything I threw at it. Photoshop, SQL Developer, Diablo (running in the background), Firefox and multiple other programs running concurrently. Purs like a kitten.
I'm getting rid of it because I'm going the route of a MacBook Pro as I have no laptop now and I'm also looking to do some iOS development. That's if you're wondering why I'm getting rid of it.
The fan speeds can be controlled by the dial on the front of the PC.
Note** I did a clean install of the OS. I have a valid (and legal) Microsoft Windows 7 Profession 64 bit OEM product key and it is used with the system.
The software for the motherboard, LG drive and GPU are all freshly installed and the discs are included with the purchase.
Also included is the premium version of Malwarebytes. I have not reinstalled that on the computer as I'll leave that up to you. It depends on your preference of Anti-Virus software. I personally liked it a lot. Eitherway, you'll have the disc.
Also included is the original motherboard box, manual and additional components. I also have the GPU container and components. You'll also get the original Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64bit OEM disc. That can be used to do a clean install if something were to happen.
